Owners and Staff

Rawley Harrison is the Broker and President of Watson Management. He has been employed by this firm since October 1978. Rawley holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland. He is active with the Spokane Association of Realtors and has served on the grievance committee. Community active, he has served on the Executive Board of the Inland Northwest Council, Boy Scouts of America and has been an active volunteer of that organization since 1985. He has also served on the resource committee of the Spokane Food Bank and is an active church member and has served his congregation as Treasurer. Rawley has lived in Spokane his entire life with the exception of his military service. He has also been a multiple recipient of the Silver Award for real estate sales volume by the Spokane Association of Realtors.

Helen Harrison is Vice President and Associate as Property Manager . She comes to our firm with twenty years experience as a legal assistant. This experience and her professional approach are an asset to our business. Helen has served as a volunteer leader in Boy Scouts of America and Camp Fire Boys and Girls and has given service to the congregation of her church in various volunteer positions.

Sharon Seavey is an Assistant Property Manager. She is a licensed real estate anent and specializes in residential sales. Sharon is active in her church congregation and in our community.

Aaron Evans joined our firm in April 2007. He comes to us with many years of experience in sales and professional photography. He serves as an Assistant Property Manager. aaron is married and has two children with a thrid on the way. he is active in his church and in our community.

Wendy completes our staff as Office Manager. She has worked for Watson Management since 1986, and performs all of our property management accounting functions. She is a volunteer in Job's Daughters both in Spokane and on the state level.
